The guarantee applies to the original issue repaired. New or unrelated problems, physical hardware failures, and issues outside the original repair are not covered.
The guarantee provides a complimentary follow-up remote troubleshooting session for the original issue. It does not promise unlimited support or guarantee that every recurring issue can be permanently resolved remotely.

The service is $59 flat rate for one remote repair appointment focused on your original computer problem. The price covers the agreed repair issue rather than a specific amount of time. Most common software problems can be resolved during a single appointment.
No hourly billing or surprise charges. If you request additional work involving separate or unrelated problems, any additional charges will be discussed and approved before that work begins.
